GMA has partnered with the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) for the complete renovation of Crescent Halls, which houses elderly and disabled low-income residents, and construction of new units. The renovation work will be completed with tenants-in-place for 105 units including 98 one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom apartments.
