We assign “Discipline Individuals” to manage the budget and schedule for each design discipline. These subject matter experts collaborate with the rest of the project team to create ideas that add value, expedite the schedule, or improve constructability. Team members also assist the design team with cost benefit analysis of different systems and materials. This allows real-time feedback on issues that affect budget, schedule, and constructability.
